What is Covered
This Lifetime Warranty covers any failure or defect in the materials or construction of your clothing under normal wear and use. Covered issues include:
- Stitching failure on seams or embroidery.
- Defects in hardware (e.g., zippers, drawstrings, eyelets).
- Material deterioration that is clearly a defect, not wear and tear.
How to Claim
If you encounter a covered issue, please contact us immediately with:
- Proof of purchase.
- Photographs clearly showing the defect.
We will assess the item and provide a free repair or a replacement, if necessary.
What is NOT Covered
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Accident or misuse.
- Improper care (e.g., ignoring washing instructions).
- Normal fading, pilling, or wear that naturally occurs over time.
